Legal Action

There are three different areas of legal focus:

  1. When harm may be done, which includes those who were denied exemptions (injunctions)

  2. When harm has been done, such as wrongful termination and vaccine injury (class or mass tort action)

   3. When harm has been done by a doctor or a hospital  mandating "covid 19 protocols"

We want to prevent harm being done. This is by far the most cost-effective solution for everyone, and why we organize employees to:

  1. Apply for exemptions (visit our Workplace Mandates page for instructions)

  2. Pursue EEOC charges

  3. Sign up for our legal action
